The Process

Initial Phone Consultation– During our initial consultation you will provide me with details that are important to you for your event. We will discuss themes, colors, type of vendors needed, how to best allocate the budget based on your preferences and our expert advice, as well as other important details so that we can begin the planning and design process to create your custom signature event.

Site Visit – During this visit I will photograph the event space, observe the space/room layout and take specific needed measurements.

Inspiration and Party Design – During this phase I will research and plan the event design based on our initial phone consultation and site visit. I will provide you with options pertaining to all aspects of your event. My goal is to plan a party for you that will be pleasantly remembered for years to come.


We charge a flat fee based on planning, design, and the scope of your event.   Custom event planning fees START AT $1000 and can go up depending on the size, details, and complexity of the event. This rate is for our planning services only. The client is responsible for any additional fees pertaining to services, materials, and staffing of the event. Rentals, decor, vendor services, and other costs for services and vendors for your party will be an additional fee. Most of our custom event planning clients have a minimum budget of $3500 and up for their event!
