We will use our expertise and vendor knowledge to plan the details and to create an absolutely fabulous experience for you throughout the planning process and on the day of your event.

Custom event planning services are available for clients looking to hire someone to handle the planning details and vendor sourcing.

This service is for us to plan your party only once you decide on a venue.

Venue sourcing and invitation management can be added for an additional fee.

This service includes the following:

  • One Site Visit

  • Vendor Sourcing and Coordination

  • Theme Development

  • Event Itinerary

  • Budget Management

  • Oversee Vendor Set Up on the Day of the Event - up to four hours

    (an event manager can be hired to stay during the event if needed)

    Fee: Our fee for custom event planning is $1750 or 20% of all vendors that we source…whichever is greater. This fee is for PLANNING ONLY.

    All rentals, decor and etc. are priced separately.

    A signed contract and deposit of $875 are due to book the service and the balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

    *A minimum budget Is required for this service depending on the scale of the event that the client would like to produce.

    We have worked with budgets ranging from $12K to $32K for custom events. If this is beyond the budget for your event, I recommend considering some of our other services which may be better suited for your needs.
