TERMS OF SERVICE
Before you request a booking that includes soft play, please note the following:
If you are booking a face painter, having a painting party, or a swim/splash party PLEASE DO NOT reserve our soft play. If there is evidence of either when we arrive to set up we will deny service and full payment is forfeited. Soft play is a large investment….paint and water will permanently damage it.
Please have an indoor rain plan in place. If there is ANY (even a 1%) chance of rain, or wetness on the grounds from previous rain, the setup must be moved inside. Refunds are not made due to rain. Please have a rainy-day contingency plan in place. If there is no indoor contingency plan in place, please please do not book the service.
Upstairs installs without elevator access are currently unavailable at this time (must have elevator access).
Security Deposit. There will be a $200 Damage Deposit added to every rental.
The deposit will be fully refunded 2-3 business days after the event only if the equipment is not dirty, stained, wet, or moved from the original setup area.
A signed Rules Acknowledgement and Release of Liability must be signed upon making the reservation.
Full Assembly and disassembly are included in the cost.
Soft play is recommended for children 0-5 years of age
NO shoes, face painting, tattoos, food, drinks, confetti, sweet, sharp objects, painting parties, pinatas, or wet play in/near soft play areas.
No outside personalization/decals are allowed.
Every piece of our equipment is sterilized and cleaned using CleanSmart, a hospital-grade disinfectant. CleanSmart cleans 99.9% of harmful viruses and germs and contains no harmful chemicals.
